Job Description:
Waste Connections, a leader in integrated waste management
services, is seeking a motivated and dynamic Roll Off/Construction
Waste Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will
be pivotal in driving the sales of roll-off containers and waste
services to construction, demolition, and industrial sectors.
Leveraging our reputation in the waste management industry, you
will help us expand our market share by identifying new customers
and maintaining productive relationships with existing clients.
Develop and execute strategies to target and acquire new customers
in the construction and heavy industry sectors, Manage and
cultivate relationships with existing clients to ensure their waste
management needs are satisfied, Prepare and deliver sales
presentations tailored to the client's requirements detailing our
service benefits, Collaborate with the operations team to ensure
timely and efficient service delivery, Coordinate with customer
service and contract teams to draft service agreements and ensure
compliance, Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to
adapt sales strategies accordingly, Achieve and exceed assigned
sales and business targets. Strong interpersonal and communication
skills, Ability to negotiate and persuasive selling skills, Strong
organizational and time management skills, Proficiency in CRM
software and MS Office, Understanding of the construction or waste
management industries. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Sales or marketing certifications
preferred (e.g., Certified Sales Professional), Knowledge of local,
state, and federal waste management regulations is a plus.
