Job Description:
Good Samaritan Health Center invites qualified LPNs to join our
dedicated team at our long-term care facility. Our center strives
to provide exceptional, personalized healthcare within underserved
communities, emphasizing a commitment to holistic health and
wellness. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering
high-quality nursing care to our residents, supporting their daily
needs, and contributing positively to their overall quality of
life. We seek compassionate, detail-oriented professionals eager to
make a difference in the lives of those we serve. Administer
medications and document therapeutic effects. Take vital signs and
record in electronic medical records. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary team members to provide patient-centered care.
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and
eating. Monitor patient health and update care plans accordingly.
Educate residents and their families on health maintenance and
disease prevention. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to
HIPAA standards. Proficient in administering medications and
maintaining records. Strong observational skills and ability to
assess clinical symptoms. Exceptional interpersonal and
communication skills. Capacity to handle stress and prioritize
tasks effectively. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current LPN license in the state of
practice. CPR certification required.
