friendly customer service. Respond to inquiries about insurance
availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers,
claim submissions, and billing clarifications. Build and maintain
strong customer relationships with timely follow-ups. Market our
agency and State Farm products to meet customer needs. What we
