DESCRIPTION: We are currently seeking candidates to fill a pivotal
role within our agency. As an Account Manager at Dave Raml State
Farm, you will be responsible for bringing new customers into our
agency as well as delivering a best-in-class onboarding experience
to all new customers. This role is unique as we are not asking this
person to make cold calls or sell outside of the office. A
successful candidate will be able to show the value of the State
Farm product to potential customers as they look to our office for
their insurance and financial service needs. They also will have
outstanding organizational skills and be willing to bring a
professional attitude and appearance every day to represent our

have you on our team. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and maintain
customer relationships to drive retention and growth. Conduct
policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Be able to
provide a customized insurance solution to potential customer based
on their individual needs. Continue to communicate and build
relationships with potential customers to win their business in the
future. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in insurance sales or account
management preferred. Leadership and interpersonal skills. Self
motivator with strong desire to succeed Willingness to engage in
sales conversations.
