Job Description:
Waste Connections, a leader in integrated waste services, is
seeking a dedicated Roll Off/Construction Waste Sales
Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you
will be integral to our mission of providing comprehensive waste
management services to residential, commercial, and industrial
customers. Your efforts will focus on expanding our roll-off
services clientele, primarily within the construction sector,
ensuring that our solutions align with customer needs for
sustainability and efficiency. Develop and execute sales strategies
to increase roll-off container service subscriptions within the
construction industry. Conduct site visits and sales presentations
to demonstrate the value of our waste management solutions. Build
and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients,
including follow-up to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Negotiate service agreements and coordinate with operational teams
to ensure prompt and efficient service delivery. Attend industry
events, seminars, and workshops to stay current with market trends
and expand professional network. Collaborate with marketing and
other internal teams to develop promotional materials and targeted
campaigns. Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to
management, analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities
for growth. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven
ability to negotiate and close deals. Solid understanding of the
construction industry and waste management needs. Ability to work
independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Competence
with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified
Sales Professional (CSP) is preferred. Knowledge of EPA regulations
and standards related to construction waste management is an
advantage.
