Waste Connections is looking for a motivated and dedicated Roll Off/Construction Waste Sales Representative to join our team. As a leader in waste management services, we focus on providing top-notch service to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. In this role, you will drive the sales of roll-off containers and waste services to construction sites, ensuring sustainable waste solutions are accessible across our served markets. Identify and target new sales opportunities within the construction sector. Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients. Negotiate service agreements and manage contracts to ensure that client needs are met. Work closely with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service delivery. Attend industry events and trade shows to network with potential clients and industry professionals. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proven ability to manage and grow customer relationships. Knowledge of waste management and recycling industry, particularly in construction waste. Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Sales Professional (CSP) is a plus. Relevant industry certifications such as Waste Management Certification.
