Job Description:
Waste Connections, a leader in integrated waste services, is
seeking a motivated and strategic Roll Off/Construction Waste Sales
Representative to join our dedicated team. This position is pivotal
in expanding our market share by promoting and selling waste
disposal and recycling services tailored for construction sites and
large waste generators. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
building relationships with construction contractors, project
managers, and other potential clients to enhance our service
outreach and environmental impact. Identify and target potential
clients in the construction and large-scale waste sectors to grow
sales and market presence. Develop and maintain strong
relationships with current and prospective clients, understanding
their waste management needs and offering tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations that clearly outline the
benefits and features of our services, emphasizing sustainability
and compliance. Negotiate contract terms with clients, ensuring
profitable and sustainable agreements. Collaborate with operations
and customer service teams to ensure clients receive timely and
efficient service delivery. Attend and participate in industry
events, conferences, and networking functions to represent Waste
Connections and stay abreast of market trends. Regularly report
activities, sales results, and forecasted opportunities to
management. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company
safety standards in all activities. Strong negotiation and sales
skills Excellent relationship-building capabilities Ability to
deliver engaging presentations Knowledge of waste management and
recycling industry standards Proficiency in CRM software and
Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational and time management
