GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Are you a problem solver? Phase Technologies is looking for a self-motivated Administrative Assistant who is good with customer service, communication, and administrative tasks to work with the Customer Service and Sales Departments.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

The job duties included in this important position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Answer incoming customer service calls and direct to the appropriate individual(s)
  • Initialize service tickets
  • Follow-up with customers on repairs, repair estimates and issue resolution
  • Follow-up with service technicians on open (unanswered) service tickets
  • Ensure all service tickets are updated by the close of business each day
  • Order customer service parts
  • Generate, track and complete Return Merchandize Authorizations RMAs to return units and parts
  • Enter new sales orders if needed
  • Add new customers if requested by Sales or Service.
  • Assist Admin with tasks as needed


REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Customer Service experience (2 years preferred)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (2 years preferred)
  • Effective communication skills
  • Demonstrate good visual-motor coordination with speed and accuracy
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Ability to lift 10 lbs if needed
  • Ability to sit for 7 8 hours per day
