A well-established, physician-led health system in Rapid City, South Dakota is seeking a BE/BC Trauma and Acute Care Surgeon to join a high-volume surgical team focused on delivering high-quality, collaborative, patient-centered care.

Position Highlights:

• Busy Trauma & Acute Care Surgery service with strong case volume
• Regional Level II Trauma Center serving a multi-state catchment area
• Comprehensive specialty support including neurosurgery, ortho trauma, plastics, vascular, IR, cardiology, and advanced endoscopy
• 24/7 APP support and experienced OR first assist teams
• Balanced schedule with defined daytime and night shifts
• Collaborative group of 5+ trauma/ACS surgeons with shared coverage model
• Opportunity for elective cases based on interest and capacity
• Fellowship training in trauma/surgical critical care welcomed but not required
