Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Case Management - Discipline: RN - Duration: 8 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Minimum required Experience - 2 years. Role Overview - RN responsible for case management across acute care, swing bed, and outpatient services. Focus on discharge planning, utilization review, care coordination, and CMS compliance.
