Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant Location: Spearfish, SD Agency: Acruex Health Pay: $1,152 to $1,296 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pay Rate: $32.00 - $36.00/Hourly. Summary: The COTA provides support to patients under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. The role involves assisting patients in performing therapeutic activities, implementing treatment plans, and helping individuals regain, develop, or maintain daily living and work skills. Responsibilities: Assist patients with therapeutic activities designed by the OT. Help patients improve fine and gross motor skills, coordination, and strength. Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, grooming, and feeding. Use adaptive equipment and techniques to enhance patient independence. Encourage patient participation and adherence to therapy programs. Requirements Requirements: 1 - Year experience Required, BLS Certification, COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant).
