Good Samaritan Health Center is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Minimum Data Set (MDS) Coordinator. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest quality of clinical care for our patients by accurately assessing patient care plans and outcomes. Our center prioritizes holistic health and personalized care, especially for underserved communities. As an MDS Coordinator, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to assess and analyze patient care and outcomes, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and enhancing our commitment to wellness and health equity.
