and motivated Emergency Department (ED) Nurse Manager to lead our
emergency care team with confidence, compassion, and clinical
expertise. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled RN to

patient-centered healthcare organization. Key Responsibilities
Oversee all Emergency Department operations , ensuring safe,
high-quality, and efficient patient care 24/7. Provide direct
patient care and supervise staff in performing emergency procedures
including BLS, ACLS, IV therapy, and blood transfusions . Manage
nursing schedules, staffing levels, and performance to promote
optimal patient outcomes. Lead staff education, orientation, and
professional development initiatives . Collaborate closely with the
Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to support department goals, policy
development, and strategic planning. Maintain compliance with
regulatory standards, infection control, and quality improvement
initiatives . Foster a positive, team-oriented culture built on
accountability, communication, and excellence. Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of South Dakota
(or Compact state). BLS and ACLS certifications required. Minimum 3
years of emergency department nursing experience ; leadership or
charge nurse experience strongly preferred. Proven skills in
clinical decision-making, team leadership, and communication .
