What You'll Do: Lead and coordinate care for assigned residents Administer medications and complex nursing interventions per care plans Monitor and evaluate resident conditions and respond to changes Supervise LPNs and CNAs, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance Collaborate with physicians, residents, and family members Ensure accurate and timely documentation and charting Serve as a mentor, advocate, and example for compassionate care ?
