a diverse patient population. As a Respiratory Therapy Supervisor,
you will oversee the respiratory therapy department, ensuring
exceptional patient outcomes through effective management of
therapy programs and staff. Your leadership will guide the
development and implementation of respiratory care protocols and
ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. This position calls
for a compassionate individual with strong organizational and
leadership skills ready to further their career in a supportive and
innovative healthcare environment. Supervise the respiratory
therapy team, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality
standards. Develop and implement respiratory care plans and adjust
as necessary. Provide training and support to respiratory therapy
staff to ensure competence and compliance with the latest
healthcare guidelines. Monitor patient care and outcomes, making
adjustments to treatment plans as necessary. Manage departmental
staffing and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage. Collaborate
with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient
care. Maintain departmental records and prepare reports on
departmental activities. Stay updated with advancements in the
field to keep practices modern and effective. Strong leadership and
organizational skills Proficient in using medical software for
respiratory therapy Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize
appropriately Expert knowledge in respiratory care practices and

Current license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician (CRTT) preferred BLS/ACLS
