Occupational Therapist Location: Spearfish, SD Agency: Clover Health Services Pay: $1,311 per week Shift Information: Evenings - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/29/2026 About the Position Key Responsibilities - Implement treatment plans and help patients perform therapeutic activities. - Provide direct support in developing social and daily living skills. - Collect and assess patient information. - Instruct patients and families in treatment techniques. - Monitor performance and provide encouragement. - Document patient progress. - Maintain treatment records. - Perform clerical tasks. Certifications/Requirements - Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification from NBCOT required. - COTA-L (Licensed) in states requiring licensure. - BLS/CPR certification. - High school diploma or equivalent. Experience - Associate degree from ACOTE-accredited OTA program required. - Level I and Level II Fieldwork components (minimum 24 weeks total). - No prior experience required for entry-level.
