Cynet Health to find a qualified CVOR RN in Rapid City, South
Dakota, 57701! Job Title: Registered Nurse - CVOR Profession:

Variable Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of
CVOR experience - Level 1 or Level 2 trauma experience License: -
Registered Nurse (RN) Certifications: - BLS - ACLS Must-Have: -
Strong CVOR background is needed across all specialties - Ability
to work independently with minimal guidance in various cases
including CABG, TAVR, valve replacements, thoracic cases, generator
exchanges, lead extractions, heart transplants, and fem-pop bypass
Description: This position requires experience with cardio and
thoracic surgeries such as CABG, TAVR, valve replacements, thoracic
cases, generator exchanges, lead extractions, fem-pop bypass, open
vascular cases, AAA, and carotids. The registered nurse may float
to main OR as needed. Patient ratios in the OR are 1:1.
Qualifications include the completion of a nursing education
program that is approved by a board of nursing. Graduation from an
accredited school and certification as a surgical technologist is
preferred for CST applicants. Experience with the mentioned case
types is essential for CST applicants. The unit supports a 2 tech
model with both scrubbed in for every case. Both the first and
second techs assist in setup and draping. All staff might float
through various positions routinely. The nursing team includes a
nurse clinician and service line leads. Scheduling includes 8 or
10-hour shifts, and weekend rotation consists of on-call duties
only. On-call responsibilities include one overnight shift per week
and every third weekend. Potential to work during holidays exists,
and time off requires approval from management. This position does
not include specific information regarding travel, parking, or
