Monument Health is seeking a full-time hospital based urologist to join our experienced, well-established group in Rapid City. The facilities, equipment, and staff are state of the art. Monument Health Rapid City Hospital is a 417-bed regional tertiary care medical center covering a 5 state region. Level II trauma center. Highly competitive fixed base salary of $700K. Productivity bonus incentive opportunities start from day one. Starting and retention bonuses of up to $240K. As a major tourist destination, we have a regional airport 15 minutes from downtown with direct daily flights to multiple major hubs. Location: Monument Health Rapid City Hospital Status: Full-Time 182 shifts per year. Schedule is flexible. Need to work 2 weeks per month. Could be 7 on/7 off, or 2 weeks on/2 weeks off. This is a 24-hour call position. Daily rounds are required. However, there is no set number of hours required to be on site. There is no clinic required.
