Monument Health in Rapid City is seeking a full-time BE/BC Urologist to join our practice. Join a busy 5 urologist practice. 1:9 Call. APP support provided. Monument Health Rapid City Hospital is (a 417-bed regional tertiary care center, (Level 2 Trauma Center) that covers a 5 state region. State-of-the art equipment and experienced staff, including experienced first assists. Three Da Vinci robotic systems, including the SP system, with plans to add a 4 th system. A desire to join our 3 robotics-trained surgeons in developing a robotic practice is a plus for this position. The full range of medical and surgical specialties and subspecialties are available to support a robust surgical practice, including outstanding critical care, hospitalist, interventional cardiology, radiology, pathology, oncology, radiation oncology, and other services. Active tumor board. Collegial, physician-driven environment with active physician leadership in the organization. Highly competitive base salary of $650K. Productivity bonus incentive opportunities start from day one. Starting and retention bonuses of up to $165K.
