Job Title: Registered Nurse - Cardiovascular (Stress Test) Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Heart and Vascular Institute Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 8 Hour Days Hours per Shift: 40 Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: RN License required Certifications: BLS required ACLS required Must-Have: Knowledge of Nuclear, ETT, and Dobutamine tests is essential. Ability to work independently and be highly organized. Excellent communication skills and collaboration with the team are necessary. Description: This position involves performing inpatient and outpatient stress testing. It is essential to have knowledge of Nuclear, ETT, and Dobutamine tests. The team sees up to 20 patients per day. Support on the unit includes a physician, nuclear med techs, LPNs, and a lead RN. The charting system used is Epic. Weekend and holiday shifts are required in addition to the normal Monday through Friday schedule. The facility is closed on the six major holidays. Time off requests are preferred to achieve a total of 13 weeks for any full week off.
