Job Description:
This nursing leadership role involves providing patient care
within the Nurse Practice Act, ANA standards, and Scope & Standards
of Practice.
Effectively delegates, directs, and supports the nursing team,
ensuring quality outcomes and cultural sensitivity.
Requires a nursing degree, RN license, and BLS certification;
preferred Bachelor--------s degree and specialty
certifications.
Must demonstrate strong communication, organization, judgment, and
computer skills.
Key duties include applying the nursing process, assessing learning
needs, managing resources, and promoting teamwork and patient
satisfaction.
Ensures compliance with laws, standards, and organizational
policies, and maintains professional accountability.
Physical demands include lifting, exposure to biological hazards,
and working in healthcare environments.
