Locum NP or PA Position: Clinic Nurse Practitioner or Physician
Assistant
Lic/Certs: BLS, State License if applicable, Other Certifications
or Licenses may be required for this position
13+ Week Locum contract
Client in Wyoming is looking for a PA or NP to help them out for
13+ weeks. This is a Day shift position.

Two years' experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferredMaster's or
Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.Current Nurse
Practitioner license in the state of practice.Current BLS
certificationOther certifications or licenses may be required for
this positionExcellent clinical skills and knowledge in the
relevant specialty.Ability to work independently and as part of a
healthcare team.Critical thinking, service excellence and good
interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend
written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC
skillsPhysical Abilities: Remain in a stationary position, move
about, move equipment (50-100lbs), Pushing, Pulling,
Bending.SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse
Practitioner to join our travel healthcare team. The ideal
candidate will provide high-quality patient care across various
specialties, demonstrating expertise in diagnosing, treating, and
managing patient health issues. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will
work independently and collaboratively with other healthcare
professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.Essential Work
Functions
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories
and physical examinations.Diagnose and treat acute and chronic
health conditions.Develop and implement individualized treatment
plans.Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate.Order and
interpret diagnostic tests.Educate patients and their families on
health maintenance and disease prevention.Collaborate with
physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide
coordinated care.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient
records.Participate in continuing education and professional
development activities.
Required Essential Skills:
Interpersonal Skills - to work effectively with a variety of
personnel (professional and ancillary) to present a positive
attitude and a professional appearance.Technical/Motor Skills -
Ability to grasp, fine manipulation, pushing/pulling and able to
move about when assisting with procedures and/or using department
equipment.Mental Requirements - Must be able to cope with frequent
contact with the general public, customers, and meeting deadlines
under pressure. Must be able to work under close supervision
occasionally as well as working without assistance from other
personnel. Must be able to contend with irregular activity
schedules occasionally and continuous concentration to
detail.Sensory - Visual acuity, ability to effectively
communicate.
