We are looking for a dental hygienist who is the whole package. We are seeking someone who incorporates excellent communications skills, has great customer service, and superior clinical skills. We are looking for that special person who is enthusiastic, engaging, and enjoys working with a supportive team. The dental hygienist will provide the patient with a thorough prophylaxis and help determine and treat the periodontal condition of the patient. The hygienist will also increase the patient's awareness of any conditions and uncompleted dental work that is evident by using diagrams and educating the patient through instruction of proper brushing and flossing techniques. Skills: Our office requires a licensed dental hygienist (RDH) committed to serving the dental care needs of our community. Job duties include performing dental hygiene procedures, assisting the dentist, educating patients on available dental options, managing the soft tissue dental program, explaining home dental care procedures to patients and providing comforting patient care. The successful dental hygienist candidate needs to possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills, a thorough knowledge of dentistry and dental hygiene, exceptional human relation skills and an outgoing, friendly personality with patients and dental team members.
