Job Description Job Description Position: Maintenance Technician Location: Class A properties in Rapid City, SD. THE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN IS PRIMARILY RESPONSIBLE FOR PERFORMING: General/preventive maintenance Repairs on all physical structures and certain facility equipment. Grounds maintenance Compliance with established safety rules, policies and procedures. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES CONTINUED: Painting apartments Completion of daily assigned work orders Maintain inventory levels Trained in maintenance of swimming pools and spas Maintenance is "on call" for a week at a time on a 24 hour basis . The schedule is on a rotating basis between other maintenance staff as assigned.
