Has experience overseeing a group of 7 employees and has experience leading a team. Can keep teammates motivated while building confidence and team comradery. Holds proficient computer skills and is detail oriented. Is familiar with HVAC service offerings. Is able to monitor financial goals and will hold themselves accountable to the goals they set.
